• Manage walk-in queues
• Display estimated wait times
• Notify customers via SMS, WhatsApp, or similar services
• View basic operational analytics

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

5. Accounts & Access

You may need to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

6. Customer Data & Legal Responsibility

You are responsible for collecting customer data lawfully and obtaining explicit consent before sending notifications.

You act as the data controller. Queuing.it acts as a data processor.

You must comply with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and PECR.

7. Notifications & Messaging Services

The Service may use third-party providers for messaging services.

Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be subject to provider limitations, delays, or additional charges.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

• Mislead customers

• Reverse engineer or copy the platform

9. Fees & Payments

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
